Our Self-Defense Essentials class provides training in 360 Krav Maga, emphasizing real-world fighting techniques for self-defense. Our curriculum is crafted to build practical self-defense abilities, improve fitness, and boost confidence, preparing you to defend yourself in various situations. This is where mixed martial arts training converges with functional self-defense skills.

Tuesday 6pm-7pm
Thursday 6pm-7pm
Saturday 9am-10am
The Warrior Self Defense Grappling program encompasses Catch Wrestling, No-Gi Judo, and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It offers training in clinching, performing takedowns, gaining control, and executing ground submissions such as armlocks, chokes, and leglocks. These techniques are beneficial for competitive sports as well as self-defense scenarios.
