At the core of our Self-Defense Essentials Class are Krav Maga and Kajukenbo. These disciplines are enhanced with techniques from Boxing, Combatives, and Jujitsu. Participants will gain respect, self-discipline, better health, and the skills necessary for self-protection. This is were mixed martial arts meets practical self-defense training.

Tuesday 6pm-7pm
Thursday 6pm-7pm
Saturday 9am-10am
The Warrior Self Defense Grappling program encompasses Catch Wrestling, No-Gi Judo, and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It offers training in clinching, performing takedowns, gaining control, and executing ground submissions such as armlocks, chokes, and leglocks. These techniques are beneficial for competitive sports as well as self-defense scenarios. Our grappling program caters to all, regardless of one's experience level.
